Check your PROLACTIN levels, if elevated get on a Dopamine agonist (Bromocriptine, Cabergoline) under a Doctor's supervision.
Mew said:Finasteride can increase Estrogen & Prolactin in some men as most likely you are experiencing first-hand. Dopamine agonists drive down prolactin which should stop the lactation. The gyno is from elevated Estradiol.
But since you continue to take finasteride, looks like this is an ongoing issue you'll need to deal with unless you get fed up with the side effects from finasteride, plus having to take all these various other drugs to control finasteride's side effects (each of which can cause side effects of their own).
Personally, I think it's too much messing around with hormones and medications... but it's your body and your health. Good luck, let us know what the prolactin level is.

Are you taking stronger anti estrogens now, still using propecia?Jake_89 said::shakehead: :shakehead:

You reckon cutting the .5mg doses and taking them every 3 days could help raise DHT slightly to give some better feedback?
Ahh man this really sucks. I am getting a blood test tomorrow until I see my doctor I am going to cut down to E3D Propecia....
Nope, no swelling or tenderness. I don't have any pain around the nipples just strange kind of ticklish feeling in my breasts.GeminiX said:First of all, go and see your GP immediately.
When you get back, I'm curious to know if you noticed swelling and tenderness in the area prior to the discharge. Typically I would expect fairly significant swelling around the nipples and increased sensitivity in the same area as a first sign of gynecomastia.
Mens mammary glands are usually far to small to produce milk and from my experience and that of some friends they tend to have been *very* sensitive and become swollen to a definately noticeable degree long before lactating.

You're saying that you're breasts are actually producing milk but you don't seem that concerned about it.
Are you sure that you mean that you are lactating or do you mean something else?
