I typed in their website and it fed me to google and an FDA report about how theyre not authorized to sell medication or something and theyre looking into it bla bla bla. We cant get in trouble for buying it right? right?

No you won't get into trouble, as a customer you can't be expected to know if a website meets all the legal requirements to sell the goods it does.

Any investigation into the website is done in you, the consumers, interest, not as some punitive measure.
