Interesting study,.
I bet most of the benifits really came from not eating junk and exercising.
I could give up red meat if I believed it would make a significant difference.. and I never eat pork anyways. But wheat and dairy? Why give up wheat? I dont get it.. And I dont think I could do without caffeine,. thats the only drug I still do!
Just eat clean (for the most part) and exercise.. thats probably the most of it right there,. and thats about as close as I'm going to get.
