Olie's Story : Nw2 And Impact On Mental Health

Hello,
I'm on finasteride 0,5 mg since april 2017(9 month) and i don't see any improvement yet.
My hairline keeps receding, i lost density and it seems to be the beginning of an alopecia retrograda
I was fine with my hair until yesterday when i freak out after taking pictures of it (and after smoking pot) i didn't sleep until 10am and had anxiety all night.
I know it's not so bad, i think i always had bdd issue and with the hairloss it's worse. Now it's difficult for me to know exactly where i am now. (nw2 ? beginning of nw3 ?)
The last three pictures 1) 2016 beginning of the itch, 2) may 2017, 3) thinning on the side november 2017)
Also please forgive me for my broken english, i'm not a native speaker
If you have any advice for the hairloss, haircut or mental health i would be happy to hear from you.
(Maybe i should change the name of the thread if a mod can help me)
