Ok I'm not really sure on this one, but I've been looking online and I've found that olive oil is a natural DHT blocker, it works by reducing cholesterol and the in turn reducing the amount of DHT creating enzymes it produces. theres also a thread on some steriod muscle building forum saying not to use olive oil as lube because it reduces dht.

Are there any guy/girls on here using olive oil?

I ate olive oil on the daily since i was a child, and while it has numourous benefits (it can even be used for eczema), i still started thinning / balding at 14.

I am not convinced that any food can delay balding.

Balding at 14 isn’t normal man. Hair loss age is decreasing every single year

Agreed, I'm 17 and started an account on this forum just after by bday (but i've started noticing hair loss at 15). One of my classmates had a f*****g horseshoe pattern with a Norwood 5-6 at 15 (!!), no joke. Also even in recess I was used to seeing guys with thin hair or receding temples, this is honestly ridiculous to deal with at this age. I guess it is pollution or some sh*t, maybe nutrition.
I also try drinking a tablespoon of olive oil every day, or at least until I can hop on to Finasteride. I also heard that saw palmetto is a dht blocker, I use it in a pill format 190mg/day.

It's indeed weird. I have been drinking a teaspoon of olive oil every single day for the past 10 years, yet, started balding at 17.
