I was looking for hair supplements to add to my regimen when I started reading reviews for biotin on amazon and one review blew my mind. Check out this woman's receding hairline, she took biotin and it basically grew all her hair back! Amazing. I'm ordering some right now lol.

Her situation has nothing to do with male pattern baldness or AA. Women go through hair sheds after giving birth and then fully recover. She prob could have rubbed cats piss on her head and it would have grown back.

She had a receding hairline though, there's only one alopecia that causes a pattern like that. Im receding almost exactly the same has her and on quite a nuclear regimen with no results.. Maybe this is what I need? :D lol
I mean it can't hurt and I really need some regrowth right now.

This, it was likely temporary but it's also possible she had a biotin deficiency since there's only copious amounts of the compound in food. Nuts, eggs, yams, fish, spinach, carrots, cauliflower, avocado, etc. If you eat all this stuff daily you're only going to get around 100-500 mcg of biotin (but at a much better absorption rate). The highest packing supplements are 5,000mcg to 10,000mcg.

10,000 mcg (10mg) gives me a headache so I cut them in half and take 5,000 mcg. Didn't notice much for hair on the head other than faster regrowth rate, but my eyebrows 100% thickened and so did my eyelashes. A lot of women take this supplement for that reason, so it's still a nice bonus and certainly can't hurt.

@AnxiousAndy

Since you're already trying all sorts of stuff, try making your own topical cetirizine, if you're interested let me know and I'll lay it out on how to make it pretty cheap and easy.

Sounds good, does it cost much to do?

I've been taking those exact supplements for about 6months and it hasn't done anything to help my hairline.

Are you also on anything like finasteride? I'm thinking maybe why my hair loss isn't stopping could be because of some deficiency.. My hair loss is very similar to how her hairline was so I'm hopeful.

Yea, I'm on finasteride.

Have you not had any sort of blood test since you noticed your hairloss?

You should try keto cream if you're looking to add to your regime. A few forum users seem to think it's amazing.

I will make a new thread this upcoming week but I can say that I'm definitely getting results and it's not placebo. It will layout the items to buy and the steps to take in.

It shouldn't cost more than $50 total, and only the cetirizine hydrochloride tablets will have to be bought reoccurringly (if that's a word, it should be) every 2-3 months (only $10-$20 usually).

Used 100 capsules, did nothing for my hair. I got nice fingernails though lol
Hair is mostly made from the same material as your fingernails (keratin) so if anything that is a bit of an endorsement.
