OMG is this breastcancer?! Is this possible???

Hi,

I'm a fina 1mg (propecia) user for a few months now (and rogaine as well since november 2006), and this morning I noticed this knob/bump like thing (don't know the english word) in my armpit next to my nipple: The way women discover breast cancer. Now I have seen studies in which some male patients had breast cancer from finasteride.

What can I do? Must I stop now? Or is cancer impossible? Is it too late?

edit: BTW it's only at the right hand side, not in the left armpit.

i'd get it checked out

i'd say its prob not but lack of androgens and higher level of estrogen can cause breast cancer rarely in men. i remember the finasteride breast cancer occurrences from reading about them

so go to your gynecologist or whatever. primary care Doctor

Could it also be Gynecomastia? Do people discover Gynecomastia in the same way as I did, or isn't there a knob/bump like thing but just enlarged breast tissue?
