On finasteride (1mg/day) for a year, what Norwood am I at?

I’ve been on finasteride for at least a year now, haven’t seen any improvement but also haven’t seen any signs of loss after the shed finished up. Id like to know where I’m at right now Norwood wise.

Looks like Norwood 1 or even slightly better and certainly much better than Norwood 1.5 My hairline was worse even as a child, yours looks great.

Getting density back, main issue is diffuse thinning but it seems to have halted

i dont see any density or diffuse thinning issues.
if youre meaning the sides of your hair above the ears, thats normal and finasteride will not help with that

Here’s some pics; it’s not obvious at all when I wear my hair normally but when I tie it up or part it the loss of density is quite noticeable.

I’ve been incredibly lucky to still have my hair look like this when I wear it out most of the time though, I just hope I can maintain this on finasteride every day at 1mg. If not I may have to add min/dermarolling.

Yeah I’m definitely going to look into more treatments once I visit my derm depending on what they say about my hair loss.
