On finasteride for 8 years now Stopping
i have always been very physical active been a pro muay thai boxer for many years. I started to notice my hair loss in my late 20ties mostly in the frontal area i have always had high temples. I have taken finasteride for 8 years now on off with no sides to report of, a little pain in the testicles at times but nothing major i took 1-1,25mg daily( it did help my hair look fuller and kept the shedding off a bit), im 33 ..- Til recently i got back on 2 months ago and this time i got bad sides from it, brain fog - loss of memory , dizziness, fatigue, depression (really bad suicidal thoughts) and anxiety all there, no problems with sex drive thanks to the higher spirits !
i didnt knew it could be the proscar since i didnt really had any sides before for so many years
I did stop taking it 3 days ago.
Too soon to tell if anything is getting better i hope i recover fast,hoping i dont suffer from any post permanent finasteride sides "endo crash" etc - im a little paranoid about it but time will tell- fingers crossed.
