We all know that when it comes to finasteride and minoxidil that the effectiveness hinges largely on several factors such as our individual bio-chemistry and age/duration of baldness of affected area, not to mention the region of the scalp itself... While some people are exceptional respondents, others show little if any positive results at all.
However with the studies regarding micro-needling isn't it true that every participant in these studies showed net positive results? In other words, isn't the correct utilization and technique of derma rolling supposed to at least in theory produce universal results due to the stem cell stimulation mechanism whereby it operates? So then it should be possible to regrow essentially a full head of terminal hair that can be maintained with finasteride/minoxidil in most instances?
Do any of these successful studies show non-respondents?
