One Year Update- Has It Gotten A Lot Worse?

Age 23. Have noticed pretty substantial thinning in the past 2 or so years.

Went to the dermatologist back in October and they diagnosed lichen planopilaris (after doing a biopsy). Not sure I buy it as there is no scarring in places where the hair loss is evident. Should I get a second opinion?

Overall how advanced does the hair loss look now/any recommended treatments?

It looks like your hair has improved since the pics from a year ago not thinned.

Your hair is thinning. I'd think about finasteride before you have a little rats nest on top of your head, which you're well on your way to.

I'm 37- 28 is nothing. you won't be happy to be bald by then. Or be 26 and practically bald. If you even make it there.
