Only 18 Years Old i have a big problem

Hi

I am new on this forum and first sorry for my english cuz i dont speak very vell
Myhair loss starts at 17 years old and now i am very nervous for my hair i have use alpecin caffeine shampoo for 5-6 months but i think my hair loss have fallen more this months

Tell me some suggestions what to do :S i am only 18 years old i hate hair loss :S

Get a prescription for finasteride, and stick with it.

its good to use minoxidil 2% or 5% ?
