Seems kinda of shaky to me. If you believe the flax guys, it can cure everything.

I agree, however, i was thinking of it as an anti-estrogen, as flax seems to have these properties, and this is supposed to have 40 x the lignans than normal flax mg for mg. Some info. on this below...

I don't think it's a bad idea. But, why not just buy the whole flax and grind it yourself? Even for organic flax it's like $1.00 a pound.

The info. on the product is available by following the link, i found it at a bodybuilding forum. I'm not sure it's a great product tho...
