Oral spironolactone Question

A question about oral spironolactone, if you were to develope gyno would it go if away if you stopped taking spironolactone?

i wont put my hands on fire but i think so. I'm taking it 50 mg/day. My temples (specially my left temple) is growing more. Unfortunately i suffer from a condition that ruins my hair so my spironolactone experiences is good.

Yes but i had it with finasteride also. I never tried oral spironolactone.
