Yes. I was suppose to get my shipment 2 days ago. Its stuck in customs and if/when it gets to me it may be bad bc moister or light can alter the product.
I called OC it was some asain guy that could not understand what i was asking for him to do. Which is to contact fedex and provide any info to speed up the shiping.
I will say i had this happen once with k outing and they never got it cleared up with cuatoms and i lost my money and ru and this was over one year ago.
I emailed oc and asked if i dont get it by next week can they reship it. No response. These guys are just not that good at service.
