Hello everyone. I'm portuguese and really like this forum. I think that my hair is getting thinner in the temples. Dont really know at what age it's started ( i'm 23) but I guess that it's not to advanced yet. Since I was 20 I've started to treat with topical products and avodart ( that few times later I gave up due to financial reasons).

Now my current treatment is :

Avodart 0.5 mg - 1x day morning
Finpecia 1mg ( from pharmacy2home) - 1xday night
Spectral DNC-L 1x before bed
Spectral UHP - 1x morning
Fluta Lotion - 1x before bed
Nizoral - 4x week

considering your loss is just thinning

i think with treatments those thinning areas will thicken

avodart is serious stuff
why use avodart and not finasteride

what made you chose avodart over finasteride?

Did you see the photos?
I guess I choosen avodart because i've always read that is was stronger than finasteride, even knowing that avodart it's not approved yet for hairloss. But I started to take finpecia 8 days ago. Not so sure about avodart efficacy but I still taking it.
