Can anyone explain to me how this is done I am interested in doing it.

Others dissolve a pill in ether and split it into 5 equal parts, taking one part of the liquid per day, effectively getting exactly 1mg at quite a discount.

I found this on the site and would like to try it but I am not sure.

Splitting pills into exact parts is a waste of effort in my opinion. The slight variation in day to day dosage will have no impact on results.

I was just worried because lately I have been ready a lot of post stating that it can be harmful to take 1.25 finasteride a day?

You guys a bunch of crack heads. Just split the pill as even as you can and take it. The slight variation won't hinder results. If you are going to get side effects, even as little as .25mg of fina can do you in. There is little difference between taking .25mg and 1mg of proscar. Just chill.
