Hey guys, i'm 24, about to turn 25.
About a month ago i decided i would go and get a buzz cut (number 3), it looks great. However two weeks ago, i was looking in the mirror and wondering why my the shape of my hair was a funny shape. As i investigated, i noticed thinning arround my temples on both sides, the left slightly more than the right. The hair that is thinning is loosing its colour slowly and is nowhere near as long or as thick as the rest of the hair on my head. The area that is effected would be a NW2.5, but i'm not sure if thats the correct way of reading the scale, i have a feeling it isn't.
I have history of baldness in my family on both sides of the family. My dad is completely bald and would be a NW6 or 7. He dad started going bald when he was about my age. My mothers brother is also bald, and so is my grandfather from the same side, they are both NW6. However, my grandfather on my dad's side has a full head of hair.
