I was reading an article today and came across these quotes from 19th French writer Alphonse Daudet who wrote a book about pain. I thought they applied nicely to hairloss.

It is truly a personal hell that no one can understand until it happens to them.

When someone i know is having rough time and that makes me feel down,I start to value/care for that person even more.

I was talking about other people's struggling, like how people only cared about ALS because of the ice bucket challenge and even then they still didn't care about ALS.
