For you guys looking for an alternative to the costly Folligen Shampoo, Paul Mitchell put out a hair saver kit a few years ago to compete with Nioxin. It contains a Botanical Body building Shampoo, A body building rinse and a Body building prep that is used twice a week and is said to lower DHT in the scalp. The kit also contains a three month supply of minoxidil 5%. I use these products as they are all designed to maximize the effect of mixnox without drying out the hair and provide an excellent re-growth envrionment.
As compared to infusiom23 conditioner which allot of guys here like the Paul mitchell conditioner is far superior and leaves the hair softer with allot more body. I use it on the other days when I am not using nizoral. Go to your favorite salon and ask for the following Products as needed.
Paul Mitchell Botanical Body building Prep $10
Paul Mitchell Botanical Body building Rinse $8
Paul Mitchell Botanical Body Building Shampoo $10
It is really excellent stuff and I have tried them all with the exception of folligen which I reufes to pay $40 for. Also it does not have a perfume smell to it as it is desinged for men.
