There is no penalty. You will get a standard form letter from customs indicating they've taken your package. They actually give you the option to dispute the seizure and have it reviewed for possible release to you....although that will never happen. They send the same letter to old ladies trying to get their meds from Canada to save a buck. Don't worry about it. You can just toss the letter, email United and they will give you a refund or reship your meds. This just happened to me and the second order made it through with no problems.
