Penis is really numb and almost lifeless

I just started 1.25mg of Finpecia yesterday, and I couldn't feel my penis at all the entire day, I also ejaculated watery semen. I decided not to take finasteride for another week to see if my penis would go back to normal, as currently it feels completely numb and rather like a piece of rubber. Should I continue with the drug and see how it goes or are these signs that I should stop?

The tablets are extremely small, making it extremely hard to cut in half as I have to cut them in fourth's anyway and I'm pretty sure if I cut it into quarters they reduce similar levels of DHT no?

Start perhaps with 0.25mg MWF followed by an increase to 0.5mg MWF if all goes well.

If you get sides again on a low dosage though like the numb penis, finasteride probably isn't an option for you man.

I dont think hes a troll but of course youre right that after 1 day, the "side effects" would not be the result of the drug. They are almost certainly psychosomatic. That said I agree with the masses (and the doctors) that 16 is too young for finasteride.

Nah bro believe me I'm not trying to troll and it definitely isn't my mind. I was confident to go into finasteride and I was not thinking of any of the sides, but my penis does feel really numb. I do get morning wood but it is not as hard, I'm going to wait a week, before I start at a lower dose.

I believe you, I got numbness and itching around my groin / prostate in week one. I never got on with this med; too many sides. I tried lower doses with no results and then the results start to show bumping up toward the recomended dose but so do the sides.
