I have just read a study about a particular drug. Lets call this drug RU69951 just for "labelling" sake. It made mention that this drug works better on higher doses.

This drug was tested at a maximum of 5%.

BRYAN may answer this. Dr. Lee has 12.5% minoxidil formulas.. so could you create say 10% RU69951? Will it dissolve?

There's only one way to find out: mix some up, and see if it dissolves.

Is it possible that it could "appear" to have dissolved.. but not have. Or if something doesn't dissolve is quite apparent with clumps of small particles floating?

If it doesn't dissolve then there will be sediment at the bottom.

If I were you I wouldn't mix RU58841 with minoxidil. It's pretty expensive and you don't know the absorption when it's used in conjunction. I used it a while back with a 30% propylene glycol, 70% ethanol solution.
