permanent dying by a hairdresser while wearing

i'd really like to leave this to my hairdresser and not add another procedure to my routine (although, this would probably need to be done only once per system). dying is their everyday work anyway. what can go wrong? it's a lace system. how easy is it to stain the lace? i will tell her not to dye an inch of hair near the base. perhaps that will lessen the risk. i will first try with a system that's only got a month left. color medium brown.

thanks!

Honestly, leaving it to your hairdresser sounds like the smartest move. They deal with colour every day, and as long as she avoids the base and keeps that inch buffer you mentioned, the lace should stay safe. Testing it on an older system first is a perfect trial run.

But cause it's old, it's also very thin, so if a mistake happens, it can be more visible due to that :D. But I think there's nothing nowadays that I won't be able to hide with an according hairstyle change.

I would say it's OK if the hairdresser is experienced with systems.

My salon fits and dyes the hair and they go very close to the UTS base. When I dye it myself I leave a whole cm at the bottom of the hair shafts on the hairline, so that I don't risk dyeing the base.
