Permanent sides of only 1 month of finasteride?

Is it possible to get permanent side effects after 1 month of Propecia? I have bought this drug and am thinking, if I should quit right after I feel some sides or continue until I have ran out of my monthly dose, as I have bought it already and wouldn't want to waste money.
I'm very scared of the mental side effects. Can I be sure there are none?
