Researching study after study we know licorice inhibits dht and 2 separate studies have licorice topicals outperforming minoxidil on regrowth
yet another couple studies say it removes hair and interferes with the dermal papilla stem cells
this is annoying could it be beneficial in alopecia yet detrimental on normal hair?//

This is so sad. Why are we talking about licorice in the new research section? You can make a study say anything you want it to if you have a product to sell. A majority of studies today are completely bogus. There's zero chance you're going to regrow your hair with licorice. Mods, please move this thread to the alternative treatments section with all the other retarded snake oils.

Over the years plenty of studies have claimed that x compound outperformed minoxidil it just never seems to translate to the real world.
