straight from our fellow aesthetically challenged short (as in noticeably short, like 5'2 and under) brahs

https://www.reddit.com/r/confession/comments/3lark4/i_pay_a_prostitute_to_live_with_me/

i'm 5'6 but at least i'm not THAT short. the guy is 5 feet tall. i'm impressed he is so red pill about the whole thing though, it takes strength to do that. but goddamn at that situation

i think my height is sort of like the norwood 3s here, i'm definitely on the short side but its not the WORST out there

at least we arent super short

While I don't have a problem with the arrangement, I don't think the situation is being conducive to the the mental well-being of the dude.
Milk this for as long as I can and try not to kill myself when it's over.
He is looking for a mental connection which isn't there.

The deal otherwise is good. Roughly, it works out to $200 per stay.

If I was a woman I wouldn't look at me either. I mean, just about every man in the world appears to be more 'manly' than I am, so I completely understand.
I can relate to this.

5'2" and being ugly is a death sentence in terms of attracting women generally. But I am still surprised he had to move in a prostitute. It looks like he is wealthy - you would think some girl who is also short, average looking might have gone for the safety blanket of his wealth. Maybe he just can't bear to be with a girl like that and is aiming for hot ones? Maybe he has social skill issues? I know people may not agree but not being able to get ONE GIRL is a red flag if you ask me. Despite his physical flaws, not one girl he has managed to find anywhere at 30 hmm.

I agree on 5' 6'' not being anywhere as near as bad as this guy. There is hope for shorter guys but he is basically a dwarf.

He should cut the prostitute ties and spend that money on a leg lengthening surgery.

Or just travel to a foreign country, venture outside the city into the village populace and marry a poor yet attractive women. Money is the best mating strategy for men with undesirable traits.

Stay outside of the city and anywhere their is excess technology

That is an incredibly sad story. I feel horrible for him, not that I'm judging or anything. I can't blame him for just wanting some human companionship. Life honestly isn't worth living without it.

I was wondering the same as TD500: why didn't he go for limb lengthening surgery?

Fear of these:
Risks and ComplicationsAs with any operation, there are risks of complications. There is a 25% risk of complications following cosmetic leg lengthening, which is relatively high. The greatest risk is infection at the sites where the pins enter the skin. Special care must be taken to ensure that these sites are kept clean. Anti-bacterial ointments must be applied on a regular schedule. Other risks include:

Ive read elsewhere that that surgery can also make the bones youre stretching being weaker an d more prone to arthritis.

Get some lifts for your shoes.

Me and my brother are 5-8. I used to be taller, he was helping me redo my porch yesterday and even said so. He told me I used to be about 2" taller and now were the same height; and he hasnt grown.

For this guys case, pay her for sex only and get a dog for company.

Lot's of athletic people are not tall. With the exception of basketball, it's probably is not much of an advantage. My neighbor wasn't tall, and he was a champion soccer player, at a young age. Prince is only 5 foot two, and lots of people would kill to have his talent. I had a guy that worked for me, maybe 5'7, who was an excellent programmer. He later took over my job after I quit, and he had less education and experience.

That's the Vin Diesel, Jason Statham and shave it off for short people. Let's pretend tall people don't earn more, are treated better by society and women find them hot as hell.

Men don't begin shrinking until 50s. And, even then, few will lose a full 2 inches. Average for men is about 1.25". Women lose more.

Outside of a serious spinal injury, it's impossible to lose 2 inches by 35. If it's possible at all.

By my Doctor records 18-24ish I was 5-10 range, Im now just above 5-8 (last year). His guess was weight lifting and spine compression but he didnt see anything so wasnt super concerned. Then again he retired so he was prob mentally checked out already at the time. Unless they were measuring me wrong for all those years? lol
My old man is roughly like 5-6 now and I knew he was always taller than my ma but when she was visiting last month I would swear they would be the same height now if standing next to each other.

Morning height + measurement error + rounding. It's really impossible to shrink that much by 35. Weightlifting won't make you shrink either. Your physician is clueless.

The only real possibility to lose height by your age outside of severe injury is if you acquired some form of muscular scoliosis/lordosis/kyphosis. This could exaggerate the curves in your spine and reduce your stature. But not by 2 inches really. And it would be reversible.

I lifted heavy weights for years and, at 28, I'm the exact same height I was when I stopped growing in my teens. Just don't rely on others to measure you properly. I have had my own doctor measure me at 5'10" when I've been 5'9 1/8" since I can remember.

Just going by what my records say. I cant say if they were doing it wrong this entire time or not I cant turn back time or else I would keep going back to 22. Im sure numbers rounded as well and it was not a perfect inch length.
