Pic q for hair transplant pics

Everytime I use the attach feature it says that the page cannot be displayed, whats another way I can put my pics inside my post wihtout a link? I got a hair transplant today and I'd like to show a few before and afters

If you scroll down the page of the reply box you will see a box to upload attachments, it will give you the browse option to get the pic straight from your saved files on your pc.

Everytime I do that as the pic is loading a page cannot be displayed error pops up..
