First let me thank you guys I have done a lot of reading on here and it has been a big help.

Well i went to derm today and he gave me a year persciption 1mg a day for Propecia but i am concerned with the money. Many on here say get finpecia or fincar (but which one is actually better?) Also, what is the best place to buy these from?

I would love to save all that money but would propecia have any better results then the generic? Thanks for any help you guys have I just want to get things rolling but dont want to spend a lage amount when it is unnecessary.

finpecia is cheaper than propecia
fincar is more expensive than propecia, but you split it into quarters so it ends up being cheaper

it depends whether you want to trust brands or generics.

if you want brands, go pro, if not, go finasteride.

Buy Finpecia from unitedpharmacies.com. United and In-House are the two top legit generic places to buy generics from.

I'd say use Proscar and split it into 4ths or 5ths...very affordable.

I think you meant Proscar is more expensive than propecia., when dosage is not adjusted. Fincar is even cheaper than Finpecia when you take the dosage into account.

How much supply do you guys order at a time? IS it ok to order a years worth or should i break it down?

the problem with ordering a year's worth is if the expiry date on the finasteride is before the year ends. maybe u could check with your supplier that they're sending finasteride with longer expiry dates than the period you're buying it for.

I totally agree, Proscar is apparently exactly the same drug as Propecia, made in the same factory by the same company, the only difference being the dosage. This being the case.. the choice is very easy.
