As you can see by the title I am very worried about my hair loss at such a young age. My father as well as my uncles are bald. My paternal grandfather was also bald. I am also vegetarian and think that i am receiving insufficient protein. I dont really think im stressed. Do I have any hope? Are there any oils, shampoos, or products I should start using?

Microneedle. It hurts because it works. Get some lidocaine and a steel dermaroller and go at that hairline.

My hair loss at 16-20 was up and down, personally. It was not linear and consistent. My 2016 hair was way better than say 2014.

No need to panic but I would microneedle. If you are serious about things then try and pick up finasteride. But dermarolling is fine.

Honestly you still have baby fat. I would try coconut oil to take away the inflammation you definitely have and fatten/hydrate the scalp.

Theres a lot of sh*t to maintain in my opinion but microneedling is your best shot at regrowth.

Can you go more in depth with my problem? Also, can you explain microneedling?

Nah mate, at most it's a maturing hairline. Trust me, i've been through thousands of photos and studied thousands of heads. I know what a balding head looks like and that isn't it. Crack on with your life and come back here when you actually do start going bald!

I agree with going on with life. But I would also consider preventative maintenance with microneedling maybe. Something with no side effects.

The temples are fine.

Crown is suspect. minoxidil on the crown with microneedling. Don't put it anywhere else on your head though because you will shed hair

No, but you may want to keep monitoring it by taking a pic every month.
