Desite the fact it's thin, you still have a lot of hairs there.

Where are you from? I'd say Nanogen or Toppik would be perfect for you. They basically do the same thing, Nanogen is slightly easier to get hold of if you live in the UK and Toppik is easiest in the US.

I would'nt say you are a nw5 you still have a lot of hair albeit thin. Anyway fibres are probably your best bet, if you had time to experiment I might suggest trying dermatch but using it to coat the hair shafts and make them thicker rather than rubbing onto the scalp as some people do. Whatever you try though remember its much better to use too little than too much, and get the right colour match you dont want it looking obvious.

I agree...if you try dutasteride and minoxidil you have a chance to get some decent coverage.

To answer your question, I think Topik wont do much but u should try dermatch...maybe it can make a cosmetic difference.

Good place to buy in the UK is http://www.hairthickener.co.uk they do a variety of products including Nanogen and Megathik. Also Dermatch as well.

Looking at your baldness any one of the concealer products could be useful for you as like previously said you still have some hair there even if fine or colour less.

I just saw myself in a mirror when I have a light above my head. The dermatch does not hide anything. It might get ride of a little a bit of shine, but the scalp is there. I just hope it does not look colored brown. Dermmatch is great indoors, but now so good if you have a bright light overhead. Just flourescent bathroom lights on the ceiling will expose you if your hair is thin enough like mine.
