Please help me ,.I'm 20 years old

Hi , My father was Norwood 3 at 50 , my mother side always had full head of hair , even her father in his 70s and her brothers now. I asked in reddit , they said everything is fine , but I really have the feeling that it shouldn't be that way , since the hair i thinner than the other side and you can see through my hair with light . I don't know if my hair was just like this ,since I never paid attention , until last 2 weeks , where I got confronted with the topic of male baldness. I don't want to go to the doctor , since he might think my concerns are laughable , and the last thing I want to happen with me , is to go bald. I'm already insecure about my appearance and if I lose hair , then it's game over for me. Please give me advice what to do and what can it be
I'll include pictures of me from 2 months . I also have oil on my head on these photos

Also everytime I pull hard the hair , I got at least 1-2 strains of hair, and I didn't notice pillow on my hair

Looks okay but it looks also like you have dermatitis which might be linked to male pattern baldness.

The first picture isn't you is it? Seems so different. Otherwise your hair might be maturing but that's it.

It's just the thinning hair , that I was worried about , since as most said the recession of the hairline is not there now , but I thought the first sign should've been the thinning hair. Thanks for your reply

It doesn't look bad in any way. Maybe you just have sparse and thin hair. It's your genetics.

Your developing the same exact pattern as your father. That side is how his hair looks. It's thinning.

Yes, you need to get on finasteride while those hairs are still their. You could possibly thicken that area back up with treatment. Finasteride alone should be able to stop and possibly regrow hair.

Have to go against the grain here but that's definitely awful density at 20 years old. There's obvious Norwood at the hairline but seems to me your biggest problem is diffuse. I'd say at least get on minoxidil, oral probably since topical stuff is just a mess. Age 20-23 that's supposed to be the prime for a normal person's hair
