Please help, my Revivogen shampoo arrived frozen solid :(.

Hi all,

I just received my Revivogen shampoo and as soon as I opened the package, I saw that it was absolutely frozen. I contacted UPS and I'm waiting for them to get back to me. I realize the temps can be cold this time of year in Canada but WTF, are they using an outdoor warehouse?

Do you thing the fact that it has been frozen will compromise any of it's effectiveness??

It's only a shampoo so I seriously doubt that it being frozen is going to effect the way it cleans your hair. It probably froze in the truck since they're not heated in the back.
Let it defrost then use it. Personally I wouldn't worry about it. If it's a major concern then email Revivogen.

I agree, freezing of the shampoo should not deter from its effectiveness. You might contact the seller or the maker of revivogen and ask them specifically.

Yep, Revivogen said it's no big deal and to just let it thaw and give it a shake .

Heating medications up can destroy their effect.

Freezing them on the other hand is altogether more benign.

Yes, I would think just letting it warm up at room temperature would be fine?
