please i'm desperate for feedback / insight into unusal balding pattern

This does not look like male pattern baldness to me..I have hair in the direct centre of my crown and then a circle of thinning around it... Has anyone ever seen this. I believe its a bad reaction to a medication that is known to cause hairloss

Balding at the crown normally happens by 30s. At 44 with no noticeable hair loss prior to that it is unlikely that crown Balding would hit that fast.

Thank you. Got some news: my medication withdrawal causes massive spiking in fungal bacteria infections. This may be tinea capitis... ringworm of scalp. Theirs literally a ring of balding ....thanks for the feedback.
