Please rate my regimen!

I've been taking Saw Palmetto for about two months now, and just started using Nizoral shampoo on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

I was thinking of taking Propecia Foam, but heard that it does more bad than good after using it a while.

I also don't want to go on Propecia because it's expensive and like Rogaine Foam, heard it loses effectiveness after a while.

Something I heard a lot on these forums was Proscar. Should I switch my Saw Palmetto for this, or continue my current regimen?

What website is trustworthy, not expensive, and ships to Canada if I switch to Proscar from SP?

I'd say a 3 out of 10. In my opinion anything less than the big 3
is not going to do that much for most people.

Proscar is the same thing as Propecia just in a larger dosage unless
you cut it.

Alright, thanks for the advice. If I should switch to Proscar then, where would be a good website to buy it from. And what do I do with my remaining SP?
