Do you guys think I should take a multi vitamin? If i would take one vitamin pill a day it wouldnt bother me its no big deal. If it would help with my hairloss why not.

Can some1 please tell me what vitamin I should maybe take and what will it exactly do.

Thank you.

actually, a better choice would be twin labs daily one or daily two caps. but get the ones w/o iron. too much iron is bad for j00!!

it might not be good for your hair loss, but its good for your overall health, im guessing they are all pretty much the same, they all contain the same vitamines. what does that expensive gnc or twinlabs have extra?

hey youngguy:
i didnt get it yet. i'm lettin my dad(doctor) read over the clinical data first, but i will most likely be getting it soon from http://www.vitaminox.com. i rather not take anything systemically to treat this hairloss sh!t, so i'm goin to use all topical treatments if possible.

If you eat fairly healthy and with some variety, try Flintstones. They have very light doses of each vitamin which will help assist a little in any deficiencies. I feel if you are already getting some of the vitamins in your food, there may not be much need to supplement 5000% of a vitamin to your RDA.

Centrum performance is a good vitamni without all the GNC hype. Yes, you do need a multi. It is proven that nutritional deficiancies affect hair growth and health.
