Poll: How long do you leave nizoral in your hair...

How long do you leave nizoral in your hair? I have heard some people say leave it for 10 minutes so it has an effect, ive heard some say 1 minute because its "harsh on the hair." So what do you do, and whats your logic behind it

probably about 5 minutes....No logic behind it...actually it's however long it takes me to wash off then shave.

first couple of months I left it in for like 5 min. now I have an egg timer next to the shower so I know that I leave it in for 10 min. I think it really depends on your hair and it's reaction to Nizoral - if it makes your hair feel good leave it in for 10min - if not a couple of min. should do.

Every shampoo I use now (up to 4 now, plus a conditioner) I leave in for 5 min (approximately)
