Here’s a poll I made to collect data on what exactly is the most effective regimen. I’m missing some stuff like microneedling and topical AAs but I figured this is a nice start and we can do more later. Please upvote this to gather more and more data. Some notes:
1) you can select multiple options to represent combination therapies.
2) I prefixed each option with D for diffuse or T for traditional hair loss like receding temples and thinning crown. But of course you can have both so pick traditional if it’s both and if you have minimal hairline recession, I’d pick diffuse. But you know your hair the best so pick whatever you categorize as your hair loss
