It's called Pollen Aid. It apparently helps enlarged prostates by blocking production of DHT.

I am not endorsing this product. Want to make it clear. In fact, I am extremely skeptical of everything I find online.

However, I find it could be of some value to discuss it. Would be nice to get some insight on why it would/wouldn't work, and side effects, etc, and if anyone has tried it in the past.

Thanks.

I am at the point that unless there is some hard data that shows DHT blocking, then I wouldn't go there...The Equol thing is a good example -- it does bind to DHT, no doubt...but do we have numbers to show by how much??? Cause I'll tell you right now, 30mg/day isn't enough

Hi Sparx. About the Equol, my best bet is that 100-150mg a day would do the job. But it is just so darn expensive.

Here's the main website for the pollen extract: http://www.graminex.com/ You can click on the "studies" etc.

I'm more interested in it's use in a topical.

Here's a mega-supplement containing it http://www.prostateresearchlabs.com/prostp10x/index.php?

Thanks for that Jacob.

Yes, I'd be interested in a topical as well. I'm going to read those studies.
