Polysorbate 80

Does anyone use this? I remember reading a post by someone of HLH claiming that P80 helped his hair.

Any comments?

It use to be sold in the old helsinki formulaa i dont think it did much good.
But now the are useing polysorbit in the rogain foam i think because it makes it penatrate better.
