On the 8th day post-surgery, I decided to try a scab removal method discussed on http://www.baldingblog.com and put Haircycle Conditioner on my recipient area for 30 mins.

The problem...I put the conditioner on my dry hair and could not wash it off!

I spent 20 mins rinsing it off in the shower by pouring cups of water on the recipient area and then finally had to lightly dab the area with my finger.

Any chance I damaged the grafts? There was no bleeding or loss of hair in the tub.

I would not think so. I began very gently patting my scalp with finger on about day five. From what I experience, if you are too gentle, the majority of the scabs don't come off by themselves.

Do you think it matters whether the surgeon used round incisions with a needle or used the lateral slit technique?

Any difference as far as graft anchoring?

The grafts should be pretty well healed by now. It's very unlikely that you did any damage.
