I can’t see how Finasteride would not help you. Your hair seems good to me when it comes about the density. Mine are like literally threads! Good thing that the photos are only 1 year old and not 4 years ago, for example. Just stick to treatments. Give time to them.

*I don’t know the current situation, thus I am telling my opinion based on what I am seeing right now.

My hair is 70% gone nowadays unfortunately. But the good thing is that the coverage is all there, it's just extremely thin

If the coverage it’s still there, then it’s a good sign. Maybe you could try to do some extensive blood work. Check the things further.

Are you on finasteride ?

I don't like it myself, but if you do make the jump, together with OM, it will put a rug on your head. Also, dermaroll the bald spots to break up calcification. MSM is a very worthwhile addition to any stack as well. I'm not convinced it does anything worthwhile, systematically speaking, in combatting mbp itself, but it does increase the quality, shine, texture and growth rate of your hair. Many men who aren't balding still don't have that teenage lusciousness to their hair. MSM gave me most of that back, but imo it's only an aesthetic thing

Since you're diffusing and still have most of your coverage, you should react positively to treatment. I have seen cases where men revert two norwood levels in a matter of months when combining duta and OM. It's a a dangerous but very potent regimen

Did you know that you were starting to thin in these pics? I can see miniaturization at the hairline in the first pic
