Preventive measures?

Hey,

My hairline isn't particularly far back... yet my hairline is quite "rounded". I'm thinking that it has receeded a tiny bit since I started keeping tabs at 16 (now 20) but nothing too noticeable. Tho I'm always afraid it will suddenly creep un on me without me noticing. My hair is thin as well, so it would also be difficult to notice thinning. I'm wondering whether it would be unhealthy to start on treatments to "maintain" hair if you are not necessarily suffering from hairloss. Could it actually cause hair loss or not? Or would it just have no effect unless you started losing hair after which it would kick in? I'm just wondering because if there are no hair side effects (I know about the others) I might start looking into it a bit more.

You could easily start with finasteride right now.

hey thanks a lot for your advice. any other products i should think about trying? I also wonder if it is worth trying to get that bit of my hairline back. I think there is almost no chance of getting it back but perhaps a few thin ones covering the temples a bit more (i let mi hair down usually)?

NANO shampoo and conditioner have no downsides and no side effects. Check out Dr. Proctor for the products. These and the finasteride are a good start.

Good luck.

I would say an easy thing to do to slow down or prevent further hair loss would be split proscar into 5th's or 6ths. and you can have a whole year of finasteride for cheap! Also spend 7 bucks for nizoral shampoo and use it 2 or 3 times a week.
