prob:minoxidil side effects

Hi,

I had been on minoxidil for just over two months. Did notice some new hair growth towards the end of that period. But at the same time I had grown some fine hair on the forehead and ears. Heard, unwanted hair growth is one of the side effects of minoxidil.

I have a feeling that minoxidil works for me and want to continue with the same. Is there anything i can do to stop fine hair from growing in unwanted places ??

I think thats part of aging for some men.. Start to lose it on head, get it in your nose ears and develop crazy eyebrows...

Get some trimmers. Sorted.

I agree with the previous post. I think that's normal aging and it's probably something that was there but you didn't notice.

I don't have visible hair on my ears, but when I shave I can see I have some extremely fine hairs on my ear.

minoxidil is known to increase bodyhair...Its not ageing...When i was on minoxidil my eyebrows were very thick and i did grow some ear hair...now i am off minoxidil and there is no visible hair...

You do know your regimen isnt good do you?? There is nothing in it that inhibits dht...

If you get minoxidil on your skin, it can grow hair, just about anywhere, don't get the minoxidil on your ears
