problem with my home made spironolactone cream, need help

Hi all,
I have made a spironolactone cream with spironolactone tabs glycerin and a neutral cream.
It turn out to be very messy and does not dry .
Is there any way to dissolve the tabs without glycerin/propelyn glycol??

Any other suggestion would be appreciated :!:

Well ,I have dissolved the tabs in ethanol and
Than put the cream, it seems to be less messy
