procepia or Generic Finasteride

Im wondering, should i buy procepia or the much cheaper generic Finasteride. Does it make any difference? What trusted websites can I buy them from?

Also can anyone recommend an effective growth stimulator that isnt Rogaine or generic minoxidil?
