product advice please

Hi guys,

I am hoping someone can give me some information on the following products. I have heard them mentioned a number of times, but don't know what they are, if they are chemical or natural and if they are any good or just more expensive crapolla.

Topical Spironolactone/spironolactone shampoo
Polysorbate 80 topical/shampoo
Nano shampoo (Dr proctors hair regrowth shampoo)

spironolactone: definitely good.
polysorbate 80: I dont' know. I thought it was just for mixing oil and water.
nano: guys on here say it is good, but I don't know of any studies. It does have panthenol, though, which will penetrate and plump up the hair shaft.

Is Topical Spironolactone/spironolactone shampoo considered natural or is it chemical based? Any known side effects to look out for?
