Progesterone?

Hi,

some german users try Progesterone (Utrogest, Utrogestan) 100-200mg a*** atm. Someone else tried this here?

Ive tried 200mg Utrogestan and my finasteride side effects (which ive got 2-3 weeks ago) are blown away. My hair is much more dry (not more oily). I am 1 week @200mg a***/day + 2 weeks @ 100mg transdermal (Bioveacreme + Progestogel).

There are 2-3 persons who use 50mg Progesteron transdermal / day and they said shedding stopped..
A trans girl wrote that 100mg prog/day inhibit the 5AR like 1mg finasteride.
Seems that Prog. is a strong 5a inhibitor..

Although you have forgotten to tell that you are also taking phytoestrogens; they do lower dht too, and make skin drier (=drier hair). See, I am about 12-15 years on finasteride and I do not think that there is anything that will reverse some of finasteride's pretty effects..

My doctor used to give scalp injections of progesterone but it never helped anyone. They did that years ago.
