Propecia and boobs.

been taking 0.5mg propecia for exactly a week today, and i'm very paranoid about growing a cute pair of man boobs.

my left nipple feels a bit sore. could it be because of the propecia already only after 7 days?

besides my sore nipple, everything is great.

It's possible, but unlikely. Estrogen builds up over time, and you would most likely experience other side effects before gynecomstia as well. If you got sore nipples after one week, your testosterone/estrogen ratio couldn't be ideal to begin with. Did you have any problems with this during puberty?

Hey Enden. I'm planning on starting finasteride, but I think I've seen you claim that zinc should be taken with it, to fight excess estrogen. Is that correct? And if it is, how much zinc would be recommended to take per day?

Hi there. It's all in my thread; viewtopic.php?f=46&t=59803. Anyway, you shouldn't use zinc if you're not experiencing side effects. It may drive your estrogen level too low, which affects joints, brain function and sexual function in a negative way.

Do you retain fat really easily? I sometimes wonder if people are more likely to get gyno if their mother/sisters also tend to be fatter or have large breasts.

The pain is gone now, and i think the pain in my left nipple was a mixture paranoia and too much touching(?) .. examined my left nipple for lumps every hour or so, because i was paranoid, so that might have caused some irritation or w.e unk:
