Propecia and Facial Acne = FAILURE?

Has anyone who has experienced mild to moderate facial acne since starting Propecia had success with Propecia for treating hairloss?

Or I am doomed and possibly suffering from Reflex Hyperandrogenecity?

Is it normal to experience acne, starting at month 3 and continuing into month 7, as a side effect from Propecia and still have success or maintenance with the drug?

My estrogen level was extremely high while i was on finasteride.
-> Acne, that has never been there before.
-> Very good effect on hair (thicker hair, reduced hair loss)

Used it for 4 1/2 months but quitted due to side effects. As you see, acne doesn't mean at all it isn't working.
